You can be happy...

How much will it cost

Involvement in any sort of legal matter always seems to cause uncertainty and emotional stress.

This is never helped by the financial concerns that the legal process creates and this is never more so than in family or relationship matters. The last thing that you will want to be worried about is what your lawyer is doing, how much it is going to cost and whether, when you get their bill, you are ever going to be able to pay them.

How will you charge me?

In order to minimise the uncertainty of how you will budget for legal fees we will agree with you “up-front” and before we do any work exactly what the price for our services will be and when you will have to pay us. In fact, our guarantee is that you will never receive a bill from us that you haven’t previously approved. If you do receive a bill from us that you haven’t approved then you can refuse to pay it. You can rip it up and throw it in the bin. With us there will be no nasty surprises.

By fixing our fees we ensure that our sole focus becomes achieving your goals as quickly and effectively as possible. This means you have the ability to budget your costs with confidence — and that has to make anyone happy.

What is the process for agreeing about the price for your help?

Before we will give you either a strategy recommendation or a price, we will sit with you for as long as it takes — not just for 30 minutes — until we understand your personal situation and goals. We will then work through with you the strategy that we feel will best allow us to achieve those goals for you in your circumstances. Only once we have done, and you’re happy, will we then calculate our price for doing that work for you and agree that price with you.

How is it that we can fix our fees when other law firms can’t?

The answer is simple. We try harder, work smarter and play fair with our clients.

Most lawyers will not offer fixed fees. Instead they price their work as a function of the time they take to do it so the slower they go the more the work costs. When you are being paid by the minute it makes sense to take longer to do things and to do things even if they aren’t entirely necessary because it results in larger legal bills. This is not our way and we reject it.

We like to think that we are better than any other law firm at helping people with family or relationship issues to feel happy again. If you are looking for help in your search, why not contact us and let us try.
